Resources for All New & Young Attorneys

ANY - A term coined by SAYLA President, Michael DeNuccio, referring to All New & Young (ANY) Attorneys, but in reality, most of these resources are relevant to ANY attorney - whether young, old, new, or experienced.

The practice of the law deals with forms, documents, procedures (local, State, and federal) and details, many of which are foreign to new attorneys.  SAYLA wants to assist young lawyers bridge this gap by making common documents available to its members.

Disclaimer - are you surprised? - These documents are general in nature and are intended to be modified by attorneys to fit the specifics of the matter.  As you learned in law school, every case can hinge on one small detail.  Each attorney should carefully review the documents and modify them according to their client's needs.  Further, attorneys should know the laws regarding the matters these documents deal with.  SAYLA assumes no liability for any liability that may arise from the use of these documents.

Some documents that we are hoping to make available for download are:

Family Law

Real Estate
For more complete reference and materials, we recommend the Texas Real Estate Forms Manual which can be obtained here. For the more basic forms, see the documents below.  Every deal is different, so  review any and all applicable law related to the specific transaction.
