Join SAYLA as we help American Gateways with their annual Citizenship and Naturalization Clinic in honor of Constitution and Citizenship Day!

Volunteer with SAYLA on Saturday, September 14, 2024. Please sign up here by September 10, 2024.  Attorney and non-attorney volunteer opportunities are available! 

American Gateways will provide a training the morning of and there are plenty of others there to help if you have any questions. You don't need to have experience practicing immigration law to volunteer.

Non-Attorney Volunteers are needed to help eligible Legal Permanent Residents complete their citizenship applications. Other volunteer opportunities will be to help direct traffic to the appropriate location, line coordinators, registration, and the close-out table.

Attorneys and Accredited representatives help screen Legal Permanent Residents for their eligibility to naturalize and review the application once it is completed by a volunteer. 

Citizenship Workshop:
Saturday, September 14, 2024
9:00 am - 2:00 pm. (for applicants)
8:00 am - 4:00 pm (approximately the more attorneys and volunteers we have the earlier we would be able to finish)
