Please join SAYLA at its April CLE Luncheon, featuring Natalie Cerón Cuellar (Partner) and Abigail Maya (Senior Associate) at Cacheaux, Cavazos & Newton L.L.P. as our guest speakers. Natalie and Abigail will discuss the key issues they face in a transactional US/Mexico cross border transactional practice.  They will identify key issues to look out for when representing international clients in matters ranging from entity formations, real estate acquisitions, and mergers & acquisitions. 

SAYLA will also be accepting nominations to its Board of Directors at the April luncheon. Please attend this meeting to nominate yourself or someone else as a board candidate for our upcoming SAYLA Board elections. We will accept nominations from the floor. In case you can’t attend, be on the lookout for an email from SAYLA for more information on electronically submitting your nomination.
