Please join us on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Paesanos for our monthly CLE luncheon. Our featured speaker is Judge Darrell Dullnig. He serves as the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Selma, the Town of Hollywood Park, the City of Garden Ridge, the City of Windcrest, and Universal City. Judge Dullnig will discuss several aspects and functions of municipal courts while also providing practical tips that an attorney should know should they have a client that has been brought into a Municipal Court. Topics include decorum in the Municipal Court; the difference between a court of record and a court of nonrecord; methods (or options) of disposing of class C misdemeanors citations; and other issues that commonly appear or occur in a Municipal Court.
