Noon – 5:00 p.m. (Competitors may arrive as early as 9am to begin setting up)

12:30 p.m. Chili-tasting & BBQ service begins.
3:00 p.m. Chili Cook-off awards presented.

• Attendance is limited & FREE to SABA & SAYLA members and their guests (non-competitors only). No pets please.
• Please RSVP for accurate count to ensure we have plenty of food.
• Family Friendly Activities include: A moon-bounce and/or obstacle course, pumpkin painting, face painting and a selfie station!

Please bring your own picnics of family favorites, ice chests, kites, frisbees, etc. Chairs and/or picnic blankets are recommended. No chairs are provided for non-competitors.

You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages. All members should conduct themselves appropriately for a family atmosphere and any misconduct or intoxication of any member of the team is grounds for disqualification and ejection from the event.
