November 2014 Healthy Living Update As lawyers, most of us work long hours during the week and often on the weekend. Combined with family commitments, we frequently end up exhausted and with very little time to exercise. SAYLA wants to challenge its membership to get more active. Regular exercise and physical activity improves mood, promotes better sleep, boosts energy, and reduces stress. Throughout the year SAYLA will roll out its Healthy Living Initiative offering opportunities to participate in physical activities in a fun social setting. So get ready to have some fun this year as we hit the courts, courses, trails, and pools. The following events are typical and details are available on the SAYLA website:
